Purchases and Refunds Policy

This policy covers own-cart purchases: resources, services, keys, CR/RD packs, cosmetics, subscriptions and hosting. External freelance payments follow their contract without excluding our responsibilities for functions we control. “Non-refundable” labels and general Terms acceptance do not remove mandatory rights.

For Mexico we assess warranties, delivery, representations and required consumer remedies. We do not automatically import a European digital withdrawal exception into a Mexican purchase. Where a withdrawal right applies, any immediate-performance exception requires its own conditions and is not presumed through this policy. Checkout has no universal automatic waiver.

Contact Support as soon as you discover the issue and provide the reference, item, date, description and reasonable evidence. Do not publicly disclose full codes or credentials. We may request diagnostic steps, screenshots, account region or error messages.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. We will communicate the decision and, where possible, first offer correct delivery, replacement, repair or restored access before a refund.

A resource may qualify when it is not delivered, is corrupted, contains malware, differs materially from its description or fails in expressly advertised compatibility and the author does not fix it within a reasonable time.

A change of mind after downloading, failure to read visible requirements, unadvertised compatibility or lack of knowledge about using the resource do not normally qualify, unless applicable law says otherwise. A refund may revoke access and requires you to stop using or distributing the content.

Before a key is revealed, we may cancel and return a purchase that has not yet been delivered. After reveal, a change-of-mind return is unavailable because the code has left inventory.

We will review a key that is invalid, duplicated, revoked before purchase or different from the advertised product, platform or region. Provide the provider's error without exposing the full code. We may replace it with an equivalent or refund it. Fraud or public disclosure of the code may invalidate the claim.

Refunds of orders paid with CR or RD are recorded in the same currency. In V2, a CR spending refund restores the original purchase’s balance origins: it does not turn purchased or promotional CR into withdrawable earnings. Access, cosmetics, upgrades and other benefits may be revoked as applicable.

When a pack is refunded or reversed, its principal and associated bonuses are recovered to the extent available. If part has already been spent, the recovered and missing amounts remain recorded; in V2 the shortfall may become debt subject to review, with spending, transfers and withdrawals paused while resolved. New balance is not created to simulate recovery, and history is not erased. Monetary refund handling follows the transaction and applicable mandatory rights; an internal shortfall does not by itself authorize disregarding those rights.

A sale refund or chargeback may reverse pending earnings or recover available seller earnings and related commissions. Any shortfall is recorded for review; later releases may be applied to recorded debt. A pool estimate not yet allocated is not treated as a paid balance. External payments and their timing follow the processing section; an internal status change does not prove that a provider or bank has returned money.

An approved refund revokes or adjusts the period and benefits granted by the purchase. Simply no longer using the benefits does not create a retroactive refund. Contact Support if the service fails to grant the plan, duplicates it in error or remains materially unavailable.

Unless recurring billing is expressly stated, current plans are purchased for fixed periods. Cancellation prevents configured future renewals but does not itself refund a period already consumed.

Full cancellation may be possible before provisioning. Once an instance is created, resources reserved and time already provided are taken into account. Extended failures attributable to the Platform may result in repair, service credit, extension or a proportionate refund, depending on the plan and applicable law.

Compensation does not apply to user configuration, third-party software, attacks caused by user content, quota overuse, suspension for a breach or reasonable announced maintenance. Before termination or refund, keep a copy of your data where access allows.

When checkout processes another user's sale, The Silencers may hold the payout, investigate the issue and reverse it if the refund is approved. The seller must cooperate and is responsible for fake, unlawful, defective or misdescribed items.

Payments sent directly to a freelancer or seller outside checkout are not held by The Silencers. We may moderate the account or provide permitted records, but cannot return money we never received.

For external payments, staff processes the refund through the original gateway or method and separately records the result in The Silencers. The order refund code revokes benefits and updates records; it does not itself send funds through Stripe, PayPal or Mercado Pago. A refunded order status does not prove the bank has credited funds. Support should provide the external refund reference and status.

Bank timing and conversion differences depend on the provider and should be explained with the outcome. CR/RD payments are restored in the corresponding internal ledger; related access, subscriptions, cosmetics, commissions and payouts are adjusted. The same payment must not receive duplicate refund and chargeback recovery; investigation removes no legal rights and authorizes no indiscriminate confiscation.
