Sign in and open Servers → Publish server. Fill in the game, description and connection details. Any registered user can submit a listing; it normally awaits review before appearing in the directory. The Host community role is not required to submit a listing.
Sign in and use the save option when available on a resource or post. Find your saved items under My account → Saved. You can also organise resources into collections from the Collections section in your account.
They are separate processes. Follow your server’s ownership instructions and token to prove ownership. A verified badge request requires at least 500 accumulated votes and access to verification management; staff reviews the request. Reaching the vote threshold does not automatically grant the badge.
You can vote once per server per UTC day; this is not a fixed 24-hour wait. Rankings show votes for the relevant period alongside other community leaderboards. A vote does not guarantee a ranking position or verification.
Yes. Guests can vote from the server listing, with limits based on their connection. When signed in, the vote is linked to your account and you can access enabled activity and reward features. If asked for a Minecraft name, check it carefully.
No. Sign in and go to Resources → Upload resource. Add a description, authorship, licence, compatibility and the files or links supported by the form. User submissions are reviewed. A Creator specialty or community role does not mean automatic approval.
Check My downloads and the resource listing. Review game version, platform, dependencies and changes before installing. If a download fails or a file does not match its description, open a ticket with the link and error. Do not share passwords or confidential files.
Your main position, community roles, specialties, identity verification and membership are separate attributes. Host, Creator, Sponsor and Media identify community participation; a verified user badge does not by itself grant publishing permissions. Access depends on the feature.
Open your account to edit your profile, display name and available customisation options. The display name and @username are separate; change your @username in Settings. Edit your Card from its account section; some items may require ownership in your inventory.
Use the methods available on the sign-in screen. Review security and two-factor authentication options in Settings. If you lose access or the process fails, open an account ticket. Staff and Silentz AI do not need your password, sign-in codes or recovery codes.
Any registered user can submit an offer in Freelance; staff approval is required before publication. Check scope, price and contact details in the listing. Document terms with the provider for externally arranged payments. Internal requests and cart purchases have their own statuses and history.
Registered users can submit a review with 1 to 5 stars and a comment of at least 20 characters. Reviews are moderated before publication. Describe a real experience and avoid private data, insults and manipulated reviews.
Crystal (CR) and Rune Dragon (RD) are separate internal balances. Check your wallet and displayed prices before purchasing, transferring or spending. There is no automatic conversion between them. Only earned CR may qualify for withdrawal when enabled and subject to its conditions; RD and purchased CR are not eligible through that feature.
Open My orders and check the status and delivered items. A pending order does not confirm payment completion. For missing delivery or an incorrect charge, open a payment ticket with the order reference and evidence without sensitive details. Refunds are reviewed under the Purchases and Refunds policy.
Check My subscriptions for benefits, validity and available actions. Unless checkout explicitly states recurring billing, each purchase adds a fixed period. Cancelling a future renewal does not remove paid time. For an issue or refund, open a ticket and review the applicable policy.
No. The directory lists external providers with their own terms. Plans purchased through the cart are managed in your account under My servers or Databases, depending on the product. Review your plan: support, backups and availability depend on the actual offer. Open a ticket for issues with an internal order.
Use the content’s report button when available. For an issue needing follow-up, open a ticket and choose the appropriate category. Include a link, description and useful evidence without sensitive data. Staff reviews reports; submitting one does not guarantee a sanction.
Sign in and choose Open a ticket in Help and Support. Select a category, describe the issue and add allowed attachments. Track status and reply in My tickets. Silentz AI may propose a ticket with context, but it is created only after you confirm; no response time is guaranteed.
Ask short questions about servers, resources, features, help or policies. Silentz AI uses public information and can analyse an attached image or propose human support. Answers can be wrong and do not officially decide sanctions or refunds. Messages, submitted context and processed images may be sent to AI providers: do not include secrets or sensitive data.
The Legal Centre brings together Terms of Use, Privacy, Cookies, Purchases and Refunds, Community and Moderation, and Intellectual Property. Check versions and channels for rights requests, account closure, claims or sanction reviews there. Silentz AI can explain published policies; the team reviews decisions and requests.
