Terms of Use

By creating an account, checking the acceptance box, making a purchase or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you act for an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind it. Do not use the service if you disagree.

Some features may display specific conditions before a purchase, publication or service engagement. Those conditions supplement these Terms and prevail for that transaction when they are more specific. Nothing limits non-waivable rights granted by applicable law.

You must have sufficient legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you are a minor under the law where you live, you may use the Platform only with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian. Do not use purchasing, selling or withdrawal features if you cannot legally enter into those transactions.

• You may sign in through Discord, Google, GitHub or an emailed code when each option is available.
• External providers manage their own credentials; The Silencers does not receive those passwords. It may generate and hold encrypted credentials for contracted services such as databases.
• You must provide accurate information, protect your access methods and report unauthorised use.
• You may not sell, rent, share or transfer your account without permission.
• The account holder is responsible for two-factor authentication and recovery codes.

The Platform evolves continuously. We may add, change, suspend or remove features for maintenance, security, technical availability, provider changes or commercial viability. Features marked beta, coming soon or disabled may not be available to everyone.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. When a change materially affects an already-paid service, we will apply the Purchases and Refunds Policy and any mandatory rights that apply.

You must treat others respectfully and use the Platform lawfully. You may not:

• Harass, threaten, promote hatred or discrimination, sexually exploit anyone, or share explicit sexual or extreme violent content.
• Impersonate, deceive, commit fraud, spam, hide advertising or manipulate reviews, votes, giveaways, rankings, referrals or downloads.
• Distribute malware, stolen credentials, unlawfully obtained keys, pirated content or instructions primarily intended to damage systems.
• Access systems without permission, evade limits, probe vulnerabilities abusively, interfere with the service or automate actions without approval.
• Infringe third-party rights or the rules of games, platforms and external services.

These rules apply to profiles, names, images, posts, resources, servers, reviews, chats, direct messages, calls, files, tickets, services and every other contribution.

You retain ownership of your content. By publishing it, you grant The Silencers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence for as long as needed to host, reproduce, technically adapt, display, index, translate and distribute it within the Platform and its public views. The licence ends when content is deleted, except for backups, required records or shared content that other users legitimately need to retain.

You represent that you have all required rights and permissions; that descriptions, screenshots, compatibility and authorship are accurate; and that the content has no hidden or harmful functions. We may review, reject, limit or remove content. Approval or verification is not a warranty or commercial endorsement.

Limits depend on the upload type: downloadable resources normally allow up to 150 MB per file; images and audio have lower limits; and the file area may provide larger chunked uploads. The limit displayed by each form controls.

We inspect the type, signature and metadata of certain files. When available, we may send files to VirusTotal under its terms. A clean result does not guarantee safety. Download and run content using your own judgment, keep backups and use appropriate security measures.

The Platform may provide public or private groups, chat, direct messages, forums, calls, attachments and support tickets. Private content is shown to its participants and may be processed by authorised personnel when needed to provide support, investigate reports, protect security or comply with law.

Do not assume these communications provide end-to-end encryption, and do not use them for passwords, private keys, full financial details, health information or other secrets. A recipient may also retain or share a message outside the Platform; The Silencers cannot control those copies.

Silentz and automatic translations may use third-party models. Messages sent to the assistant and public text selected for translation may be transmitted to OpenRouter and the configured model provider. Do not submit secrets or sensitive data.

Answers and translations may be incomplete, inaccurate or offensive. They are informational assistance, not professional advice or an official decision. Verify important information. Original content prevails over an automatic translation.

Freelance listings may act as a showcase for arrangements completed outside the Platform or as products managed through the cart. For external arrangements, The Silencers does not hold payment, is not a party to the agreement between client and provider and cannot recover funds. The parties should agree in writing on scope, deliverables, licences, revisions, price and timing.

When a purchase is processed within the Platform, we record the order, may charge a commission and apply the refund policy. A verified-purchase review confirms only that a completed order exists; it does not guarantee future quality.

Before payment, the checkout shows the item, quantity, presentment currency, discounts, configured taxes and total. Internal accounting may remain in USD even when you pay a displayed conversion in MXN or EUR. The quote is frozen for that order and may come from an external provider or an administrative fallback rate.

• External payments are processed by the stated gateway, currently Stripe when enabled.
• An order is not paid until the gateway confirms it.
• Items, prices and commissions are frozen in the order to preserve its history.
• Invoices or receipts use the business information configured on the Platform.
• Discount and redemption codes may have their own dates, limits and requirements.

Crystal (CR) and Rune Dragon (RD) are internal Platform units, not legal tender, a bank account, deposit, investment or cryptoasset. The base purchase price is 10 CR or 100 RD per USD 1. Crystal has a fixed spending value of USD 0.10 per CR; prices of items in RD may change. Final prices and any bonuses are shown before purchase. There is no automatic conversion between CR and RD.

• Purchased Crystal cannot be withdrawn as money and is spent first when paying within the Platform.
• Crystal earned through authorised programmes may be withdrawn if the feature is active, the minimum is reached and the request passes review. Rune Dragon cannot be withdrawn.
• We may reverse balances obtained through fraud, error, abuse, refund, chargeback or cancellation of the transaction that generated them.
• Withdrawals are reviewed and paid manually to the provided destination. Requesting one provisionally debits the balance; a rejected request restores it.

Plans may grant ranks, badges, quotas or other benefits for the stated period. Unless checkout expressly states that billing is recurring, each purchase adds a fixed period and does not authorise automatic renewal. Purchasing multiple periods may extend the end date.

Benefits may be removed when the period expires or is refunded. Cancelling a future renewal does not remove time already paid for. Benefits do not provide immunity from moderation and may change for technical reasons, with an effort to preserve equivalent value where appropriate.

Check the platform, product and region before purchasing. A key is reserved when an order starts, delivered when payment is confirmed and shown only to the buyer. Once revealed, the code cannot be recovered or treated as unused inventory.

Sellers warrant that keys are legitimate, valid, unused and lawfully obtained. We may remove products, revoke stock, hold payouts or sanction accounts for invalid, duplicate or fraudulent keys. Incidents and refund exceptions follow the specific policy.

Plans display resources such as CPU, memory, storage, databases, backups or other features. You must use infrastructure only for lawful workloads compatible with the plan. Hosting malware, botnets, unauthorised mining, attacks, phishing, unlawful material or services intended to compromise others is prohibited.

We may limit, suspend or terminate instances that exceed quotas, threaten the network, remain unpaid or break these rules. Unless a plan expressly promises managed backups or an SLA, you are responsible for backups and full recovery is not guaranteed. Provided credentials must remain secret. When service expires, data may be deleted after a reasonable operational period.

A seller represents that they can legally sell and is responsible for legality, authenticity, description, support, taxes and rights in the product. The Platform may deduct the commission shown when listing or selling. Payouts may remain pending while payment is confirmed or during the displayed holding period, especially for keys.

Affiliate commissions and rewards require valid attribution and confirmed purchases. Self-referrals, artificial traffic, spam and misleading advertising are prohibited. A refund or chargeback may reverse the related commission. We may request reasonable information to prevent fraud and meet obligations before paying a withdrawal or payout.

We may warn, limit visibility, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts based on severity, risk and repeated conduct. We may also block IP addresses for serious abuse. Significant actions are logged internally.

Where an appeal mechanism exists, you may use it from your publications or through Support. Reinstatement is not guaranteed. When an account closes, data is deleted or anonymised where appropriate, but orders, invoices, payments, withdrawals, reports, fraud evidence, audits and other information needed for legal duties, security or claims may be retained.

The Silencers brand, interface, original code and official materials are protected. You may not copy or exploit them outside licences expressly granted. Third-party brands and content belong to their respective owners.

To request removal of allegedly infringing material, send Support identification of the right, the exact location, an explanation, your contact information and a good-faith statement. We may request more information, temporarily remove content and allow the author to respond.

The Platform relies on external services for authentication, infrastructure, storage, email, payments, security, scanning, AI, calls, notifications, exchange rates and game-server status. Each provider may apply its own terms and policies. The Silencers does not control third-party outages, account decisions or changes, but selects and configures reasonable integrations to provide the service.

To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided as available. We do not guarantee that all user content is accurate, compatible, safe or suitable; that an AI answer or translation is correct; or that antivirus scanning will detect every threat.

We are not responsible for arrangements or payments made outside the Platform, acts of other users, external services or avoidable harm caused by ignoring warnings and compatibility requirements. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or mandatory consumer rights.

We may update these documents to reflect new features, providers or requirements. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform and, where appropriate, we will request renewed acceptance. The date above identifies the current version.

Applicable law and courts depend on the operator's legal domicile, the user's residence and mandatory consumer-protection rules. This clause does not require anyone to waive a non-waivable forum or right. Full operator details must match those published on the Platform and purchase documents.
