This Policy explains what data The Silencers processes, why it is used, who may receive it and what choices you have. It applies to the site, accounts, community, store, marketplace, hosting, support and other Platform features.
In this document, “Silentz” refers to Silentz AI, the platform’s AI assistant.
What changedThe controller is the Platform operator commercially identified as The Silencers. Its legal name, address and privacy email must match the business details published on the site and, where applicable, invoices or receipts.
Those identity details must be completed before commercial launch. The primary support channel is the ticket system within the Platform. This channel does not replace the controller's email and address where the law requires their publication.
We do not intentionally request sensitive data. Avoid including it in profiles, messages, files, support tickets or AI prompts.
We receive data directly from you when you complete forms, publish, purchase, sell or contact Support; from sign-in providers you authorise; from the payment gateway; from other users when they interact with or report you; and automatically from your browser, device or requests to the service.
We also query public or technical information from game servers and connected platforms when you request verification or display of that information.
We process data to:
Depending on applicable law, these purposes rely on performing the requested service, consent, legal compliance and legitimate interests in security and operations. Optional purposes must allow consent to be withdrawn.
Profiles, posts, resources, servers, reviews, comments, public collections and public groups may be visible without signing in and indexed by search engines. Do not publish information you do not want to make public.
Direct messages, private groups, tickets, private files and account data are restricted to participants and authorised personnel with an operational need. Even so, do not treat them as a vault for secrets or assume end-to-end encryption. Recipients may keep their own copies.
When you use Silentz, prompt text and necessary context may be sent to OpenRouter and the configured model provider. When a public resource or server listing is translated, its public text is transmitted. Downloadable files are not deliberately sent for translation.
We use this data to generate the requested answer or translation, not to make automated legal decisions about you. Review the provider's policies and do not include passwords, tokens, financial data or sensitive information.
We may disclose limited data to providers that help operate the Platform, depending on enabled features:
These providers may process data in other countries. We will apply contracts, settings and reasonable safeguards required by applicable law. We may also disclose information to authorities under a valid obligation, or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal data.
We retain data while your account is active or it is needed for the disclosed purpose. We then apply periods based on the information type, legal duties, fraud prevention, backups and limitation periods for claims.
We apply reasonable controls such as encryption of selected secrets, salted hashes, permissions, file review, rate limiting, two-factor authentication and audit logs. No system eliminates all risk.
If we identify an incident that significantly affects your rights, we will investigate and notify people or authorities where the law requires it. You must protect your external accounts, devices, recovery codes and service credentials.
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, updating, cancellation or deletion, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent. In Mexico these include ARCO rights. You can also edit parts of your profile and control notifications from your account.
Submit the request through the official privacy channel, stating your account, the right and its scope. We may verify identity, respond within the legal period and give reasons where data must be retained or third-party rights are affected. You may complain to the competent data-protection authority.
For privacy questions or requests, use Support or the official email published in the footer. We may verify your identity before releasing, changing or deleting information.
