This policy describes cookies and similar technologies used by The Silencers. We do not currently use Google Analytics or our own behavioural-advertising cookies.
A cookie is a small value a site stores in the browser and receives with later requests. localStorage and sessionStorage keep preferences on the device and are not normally sent to the server automatically.
We distinguish technologies required for sign-in and service security, local preferences and optional referral attribution.
next-auth.session-token or __Secure-next-auth.session-token: keeps the authenticated session until expiry.next-auth.csrf-token or its secure variant: protects authentication flows against request forgery.next-auth.callback-url: remembers the safe return path after sign-in.NEXT_LOCALE: stores the chosen language.Names may vary because of the security prefix used over HTTPS. These cookies are not used for advertising, and disabling them may prevent sign-in or basic functions.
If you arrive through a URL containing ?ref= or ?aff= and accept optional cookies, we may create ref_server or ts_ref for up to 30 days. They attribute a registration or purchase to the server or affiliate that referred you.
They are first-party cookies, do not track browsing across other sites and are deleted after attribution is claimed. You can reject them in the notice or remove them in your browser; doing so prevents attribution.
We use local storage to remember, among other things, theme (tsl_theme), cookie choice (tsl_cookie_consent), viewed tutorials, dismissed notices, local search history and read updates. Session storage may avoid counting the same animation or visit twice during the current tab.
These values are not advertising identifiers. You can remove them in browser settings; some preferences will return to their defaults.
The Platform may display external content, such as videos through YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain, or open Stripe, Discord and other providers. When loading or interacting with those services, the third party may receive your IP and browser information and use its own technologies under its policy.
We do not control cookies created on external domains. Review the provider's policy before interacting with embedded content or leaving the Platform.
The notice lets you accept everything or keep only essentials. Your choice is stored locally and can be reset by deleting site data. You can also block or remove cookies through the browser.
Essential cookies do not require activation because they are necessary for the requested function. If we add analytics, advertising or another optional purpose, we will update this policy and request the appropriate consent before enabling it.
If you notice an undescribed technology or have questions, contact us through Support.
