Intellectual Property and Claims

Identify your name and reply channel, the right or work and your capacity as owner or representative; provide the exact URL or content ID, infringement explanation and ownership or authority evidence. State good faith, accuracy and that the challenged use is not authorized by the owner or law. Include a signature or identified electronic statement when the applicable procedure requires it. Do not send sensitive originals publicly.

Hosted uploads, external links and guides differ: we can remove or restrict only what we control. Quality or payment disputes use purchase channels and are not inherently copyright infringement.

Artists’ voices, images and performances may also be protected against AI cloning or impersonation. The general content license does not itself authorize these uses; permissions, exceptions and specific agreements need assessment.

We record the claim, assess sufficiency and authority, may ask for clarification and restrict material for substantiated risk. We inform the publisher where appropriate and disclose only necessary complainant information. Authors can respond with the claim reference, license, permission, work identification or explanation of lawful use. Responses are reviewed and do not automatically restore content.

Mexico’s Federal Copyright Law online-provider procedure may entail notice, counter-notice and conditional restoration requirements; the controller must assess applicability before applying them. For litigation or valid instructions, restricted evidence is preserved and the outcome followed. Recurrence and proportionality are assessed; false or abusive notices can also be sanctioned.

Where Article 114 Octies applies, we follow the legal notice and counter-notice requirements and conditional restoration timetable: after a valid counter-notice, material must be restored if no notice of judicial, administrative, arbitration or dispute-resolution proceedings is received within 15 business days. Restoration is not blind and competent instructions are respected.

The DMCA is US legislation, not the general basis of this Mexican policy. Its protection for certain providers has conditions, including agent designation where applicable. We do not assert a registered agent or established immunity. US notices and counter-notices require jurisdiction assessment; their timeline is not automatically copied into the Mexican procedure.
