Community and Moderation

You must treat others respectfully and use the Platform lawfully. You may not:

• Harass, threaten, promote hatred or discrimination, sexually exploit anyone, or share explicit sexual or extreme violent content.
• Impersonate, deceive, commit fraud, spam, hide advertising or manipulate reviews, votes, giveaways, rankings, referrals or downloads.
• Distribute malware, stolen credentials, unlawfully obtained keys, pirated content or instructions primarily intended to damage systems.
• Access systems without permission, evade limits, probe vulnerabilities abusively, interfere with the service or automate actions without approval.
• Infringe third-party rights or the rules of games, platforms and external services.

These rules apply to profiles, names, images, posts, resources, servers, reviews, chats, direct messages, calls, files, tickets, services and every other contribution.

Use Report where available or submit a request with link, reference, description and evidence. Do not redistribute illegal material to report it or investigate invasively. Evidence access follows its purpose; absolute report anonymity is not promised where law requires disclosure.

Review considers facts, context, risk and recurrence. Urgent removal may precede explanation; author, purchase or identity verification grants no immunity. We may request clarification, preserve restricted evidence and communicate an outcome without revealing others’ data.

Measures depend on seriousness, scope, risk and recurrence: warning, removal, restriction, temporary suspension or closure. We may act immediately for urgent risk and explain afterward unless law or investigation safety prevents it. Detailed rules and reporting and review channels appear in the Legal Center.

Rejected listings have a dedicated appeal flow; other sanctions can be challenged through a Legal Center review request, including from a suspended account. Provide references and evidence. We review errors and new evidence; an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement. Rejecting optional cookies is not a sanction ground.

Closure is requested in the Legal Center and handled with identity verification and review of balances, orders and services. Deleting an administrative database row does not itself remove every file, ticket, backup or external record. We explain deletion, restriction and retention scope; we do not promise instant complete deletion.

Do not disclose others’ personal data without grounds or impersonate staff. Do not solicit passwords, login codes or deceptive payments. Available tools let you block contacts; do not evade blocks with another account. Private communications remain subject to report review; we promise no continuous human surveillance.

Paid comments, gifts, reputation and rewards buy neither immunity nor guaranteed rankings. Coordinated accounts and manipulation are prohibited; content removal should assess its charge and applicable refund rule without promising automatic RD refunds for every sanction.
